Full Package Management (Provider Managed)
Ideal if you’d like a hands-off, fully supported approach with full package management, we take care of everything for you, including:
- Coordinating your supports and services
- Managing your budget and funding
- Paying providers and handling invoices
- Monitoring your plan to ensure it is used effectively
Self-Management
Ideal if you’d like more control and flexibility. With self-management, you take the lead in managing your supports and funding, with the option to engage providers of your choice.
You will need to select a provider to manage your funding and to pay your invoices. If your needs change, your management style can also be reviewed and adjusted over time.
Expert Care Management & Coordination
Navigating aged care services can be overwhelming. Our experienced Care Managers and Package Managers work closely with you, your family, and your healthcare providers to ensure your supports are well planned, coordinated, and responsive as your needs change.
