We’re building a trusted network of quality providers to deliver allied health, clinical, and community supports across Queensland.

Partnering with Your Enabled Services (Y.E.S.) means a hassle-free process — we coordinate appointments, handle participant contributions and government payments, and settle your invoices promptly. A small coordination cost is already built into the service fee, so there’s nothing extra for you to manage.

Requirements

To join, providers must:

  • Meet all NDIS or Aged Care compliance standards
  • Hold current insurance, registrations, and qualifications
  • Complete a Provider Agreement and deliver services at Y.E.S. fee rates

Email agedcare@yessupports.com to request the Provider Checklist, complete it, and return it with your documents.

Our team will review your application and contact you to confirm your place on the panel.
