Disability Support Workers
Long term and Casual opportunities
Welcome to Your Enabled Services (Y.E.S ), who provides support services for people with disabilities and the elderly, ranging from Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, and Community Access. We are currently recruiting disability support workers for Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast areas.
Independent Support workers with their own ABN can also apply and be employed as a contractor. These positions will be working within the home environment of the person being supported and flexible work hours are required.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, domestic support, or respite care to the person.
  • Ensure that quality service is being delivered to people being supported.
  • Ensure that all Y.E.S Service Policies and Procedures are complied with.
  • Ensure that Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience in providing care to people with physical and intellectual needs.
  • Experience working with people with challenging behaviours and/or high needs.
  • Understanding and experience of working with people with a disability.
  • Functional level of English literacy and competency in the documentation.
  • Cert III in Disability Services and Community (or equivalent) or willing to obtain.
  • Current Driver’s Licence (essential with fully comprehensive insurance).
  • Fully insured car essential.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain.
  • Clearance to work – Police check essential.

Welcome to Your Enabled Services (Y.E.S ), we currently have vacancies for qualified nurses looking to offer the best care to our clients throughout the Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast areas. The care areas of focus are Catheter and stoma care, post-surgery, wound, and diabetes care.
Servicing both private and NDIS clients, training and mentoring will be provided to ensure competency, exceptional pay rates and flexible hours.
Experience in catheter insertion and care preferred but if none don’t stop from applying as training will be provided, so please contact us for a recruitment pack. Only qualified nurses, with the right to work in Australia and AHPRA registered need apply.
